Instructions for Cucumber Sambhara:
Cut the Desi cucumber into long slices.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds and ¼ teaspoon of asafoetida to the heated oil.
When you finish the seasoning, turn off the gas.
Add Desi cucumber to the pan.
Season with salt to taste.
Add ¼ teaspoon each of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and roasted peanuts.
Mix the ingredients properly.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Cucumber Sambhara is ready.

Instructions for Carrot Sambhara:
Peel and press the peeled carrots to remove excess water.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add mustard seeds and less than ¼ teaspoon of asafoetida.
Add peeled carrots to the pan.
Season with salt and sliced green chilies.
Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Turn off the gas and add lemon juice.
Mix well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
Carrot Sambhara is ready.

Instructions for Capsicum Sambhara:
Cut red, yellow, and green capsicums into long slices.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds, ¼ teaspoon of asafoetida, and a little turmeric powder.
Mix well, and add the sliced capsicums.
Turn off the gas and season with salt.
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves for garnishing.
Capsicum Sambhara is ready.
Instructions for Raw Papaya Sambhara:
Peel and slice papaya.
Heat 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan.
Add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds, less than ¼ teaspoon of asafoetida, sliced green chillies, and less than ¼ teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Add salt to taste, and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Raw papaya Sambharo is ready.

Instructions for Cabbage Sambhara:
Slice the cabbage into tiny pieces.
Add salt and let it rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
Gently press the cabbage to remove excess water.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add ½ teaspoon of mustard seeds, a little asafoetida, turmeric powder, sliced green chillies, and half a tomato.
Add sliced cabbage and mix well.
Turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate.
Cabbage Sambharo is ready.

Instructions for Radish Sambhara:
Slice the radish into tiny pieces and remove excess water.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds.
Add sliced radish, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, salt, and the juice of ½ lemon.
Turn off the gas and mix well.
Radish Sambhara is ready.

1)   Cucumber Sambhara:
Desi cucumber, sliced
Oil (less than 1 teaspoon for tempering)
Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida - ¼ teaspoon
Salt (as per taste)
Red chilli powder - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - ¼ teaspoon
Roasted peanuts - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)

2)   Carrot Sambhara:
Carrot - 1 piece, peeled and sliced
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida (less than ¼ teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Green chillies, sliced
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
3)   Capsicum Sambhara:
Red Capsicum - 1 piece, sliced
Yellow Capsicum - 1 piece, sliced
Green Capsicum - 1 piece, sliced
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder (a little)
Salt (as per taste)
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)

4)   Raw Papaya Sambhara:
Papaya, peeled and sliced
Oil - 1 to 1 ½ tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida (less than ¼ teaspoon)
Long-sliced green chillies
Turmeric powder (less than ¼ teaspoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander leaves (for garnishing)

5)   Cabbage Sambhara:
Cabbage - 1 piece, sliced
Salt (as per taste)
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida (a little)
Turmeric powder (a little)
Green chillies, sliced
Tomato - ½ piece
Coriander leaves and pomegranate (for garnishing)

6)   Radish Sambhara:
Radish - 1 piece, sliced
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Salt (as per taste)
Lemon juice (½ piece)
