Instructions:
For Filling:
Boil and peel potatoes for 30 minutes.
Steam peas follow the same process.
In a bowl, combine steamed peas, mashed potatoes, pepper powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, normal red chilli powder, aamchur powder, garam masala powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and jaggery. Mix them properly.
For Chutney Sandwich:
Take bread slices and cut off the corners.
Spread melted butter on both sides of the bread slices.
Spread chutney on one slice.
Add filling on top of the chutney.
Place another bread slice on top.
Press gently to join them.
Cut them in the middle to make a triangle shape.
The chutney sandwich is ready.
For Aloo Matar Sandwich:
Follow steps 1-7 for the chutney sandwich.
Spread chutney on one slice of bread.
Add filling.
Place another bread slice on top.
Press gently to join them.
