Take an iron kadai for baking.
Add the frozen clarified butter to the kadai.
Adjust the gas flame to low once the clarified butter is hot enough.
Gradually add half of the coarsely ground gram flour to the kadai.
Roast the mixture after providing it with a good stir to ensure that the flour roasts evenly.
When the flour is well-roasted, slowly add the milk using a spoon.
Mix the flour and milk properly.
Turn off the gas when adding milk to the kadai.
Transfer the mixture to a wide pot and let it cool down.
Take a mold and line it with Ecobake paper.
After cooling, add cardamom (Elaichi) powder and powdered sugar to the mixture.
Mix them properly with your hand and gently press them as well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared mold. Allow it to cool down until set.
