Recipe:

- Add boiled and mashed potatoes, pav bhaji masala, chopped tomato, and salt to taste.
- Cook for a few minutes until the flavors blend together. Set aside.
3. Assembling Thecha Pav:
- Cut the pav horizontally into halves, leaving one side intact.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan and lightly toast both sides of the pav.
- Spread Thecha chutney generously on the inner side of each pav.
- Optionally, place a cheese slice on top of the chutney.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the prepared potato stuffing on one side of the pav.
- Close the pav gently and press down to seal the edges.
