    • Add Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala (or garam masala), and kasoori methi.
    • Add salt and curd. Mix well.
    • For a smoky flavor, heat a piece of coal, place it in a small bowl, and add a bit of ghee. Cover the bowl to infuse the sauce with the charcoal aroma. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
